Commercial Roofing
Per-State Licensing
IL: unlimited license (residential + commercial + industrial). WI: dwelling contractor license + commercial work. MO: full commercial roofing capability.
Property Managers Welcome
Multi-tenant buildings, apartment complexes, HOA properties, and small commercial spaces. We coordinate with on-site managers and tenant schedules to minimize disruptions.
Insurance Claim Expertise
Storm-damaged commercial roofs require thorough documentation. We bring the same end-to-end claim support to commercial work that we do for residential.
Commercial Roofing Systems We Work With
Flat, low-slope, and steep-slope commercial roofing systems across our three markets, with materials selected based on the building, budget, and climate.
- TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) — Energy-efficient white membrane popular for new commercial construction. Offers a 20–30 year lifespan with proper installation.
- EPDM rubber roofing — Durable single-ply membrane commonly used on existing commercial flat roofs. Ideal for reroofing over existing decking.
- Modified bitumen — Multi-layer asphaltic system designed for durability on high-traffic roofs.
- Steep-slope commercial roofing — Uses many of the same shingle systems found in residential applications, just at a larger scale. Common on apartment complexes, multi-family properties, and mixed-use buildings.
- Storm damage assessment + insurance claims — Commercial insurance claims are often larger and require extensive documentation. We coordinate adjuster meetings and assist with developing the scope.
- Apartment complex case study coming soon — We are currently mid-project on a large commercial apartment reroof. Photos and drone footage will be added once the project is complete.
