This policy explains what information Roof Bros Restoration collects through roofbrosrestoration.com, how we use it, and which outside services the website uses. Visitors do not need an account to use the site, and there is no login or comment area for visitors.
Information you send us
The website has three request forms. We receive only what you enter into them.
- Free inspection form (Free Quote page): your name, phone number, email address, street address, the services you are interested in (roofing, siding, gutters or other), and an optional description of your situation.
- Quote request form (homepage and several service and location pages): your name, email address, phone number, and the service you are interested in.
- Storm damage inspection form (Storm Damage page): your name, phone number, email address, property address, your insurance carrier if you choose to list it, and a short description of the damage.
With each request, the website also records technical details such as the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address, and your browser type.
We use this information to reply to you, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, and provide the work you ask for. Your request is saved in the website's database and sent to our team by email. You also receive an automatic confirmation email at the address you enter.
If you call or email us instead, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Form security check
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a request comes from a person and not an automated program. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser, and Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information to do this. Cloudflare also delivers and protects the website and provides basic visit statistics.
Analytics and advertising tools
We use the following tools to understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising:
- Google Analytics records pages viewed, how you reached the site, your approximate location based on your IP address, your device and browser type, and actions such as scrolling, clicking links to other sites, playing videos, and using forms.
- Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures whether visits from our ads lead to inquiries, and allows Google to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, so we can see heatmaps and session replays and improve the site. Clarity can connect with Microsoft Advertising (Bing) cookies.
These tools use cookies and similar browser storage, including Google cookies such as _ga, _gcl_au and IDE, and Microsoft cookies such as _clck, _clsk and MUID. Google and Microsoft handle this information under their own privacy policies.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages show content provided by other companies. When that content loads, your browser connects to the other company's servers, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies.

- Owens Corning roof design tools on the Build Your Roof pages, some of which are provided by Owens Corning's partner Chameleon Power. Information you enter in these tools goes to Owens Corning under its own privacy policy.

- Fonts and icons loaded from Google Fonts and Font Awesome.
The site also links to our profiles on Google, Facebook, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, and Thumbtack. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our website host, the companies named above, and the developer who maintains our website.
How long we keep information
Form requests are kept in the website's database and in our email so we have a record of your request and our work. Google, Microsoft and the other services above keep the data they collect according to their own policies.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some embedded content, such as videos, maps and the design tools, may not.
- You can control Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- You can contact us to ask what information we have from your form requests, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
