Common Roof Repairs We Handle
Not every leak needs a new roof. These are the targeted repairs we do most often: quick, clean, and fairly priced.
- Missing or cracked shingles: wind-lifted, age-cracked, or storm-torn. Color-matched replacement.
- Leaks around penetrations: vents, chimneys, skylights, plumbing stacks. Almost always a flashing or boot failure rather than a shingle problem.
- Damaged or rusted flashing: step flashing, valley flashing, chimney counter-flashing. Sealed or replaced as needed.
- Vent boot replacement: the rubber/silicone collars around plumbing vents are one of the most common causes of slow ceiling leaks. They're cheap to replace and can save your drywall.
- Hail-damage spot repair: if your insurance claim only covered partial damage, we can scope a partial replacement that meets your settlement.
