As a first time home owner, I’ve learned a lot. Anything that can go wrong, might. Especially in the Midwest! It’s often that we have strong enough winds that start pruning branches from our trees. One morning we woke up and noticed a large branch piercing our garage roof. Not what we wanted to see before work but we were able to make one quick phone call to start the repair process. A crew was onsite quickly remediating the damage. They secured our property from weather and wildlife while waiting on materials to come in. Dan went through the insurance process with us outlining what Roof Bros could take off our plate, easing our peace of mind. Dan is responsive, knowledgeable and organized. Ramonne is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all our questions promptly and kept us informed throughout the entire process providing excellent service. I had a roof leak out of the blue and Dan came out right away to put up a temporary repair. He then walked me through the entire insurance claims process and explained the breakdown of costs. These guys are great. We have had a wonderful experience with Roof Bros Restoration! These guys did jobs all down our street, and throughout our neighborhood. We have lived here for 50+ years, and we have never experienced a storm like the one we had. Dan came right out and after the storm and helped my wife and I to get our insurance claim on file. We had so much damage. 12 broken windows and our siding looked like Swiss cheese. Dan jumped right into action putting tarps and temporary repairs up so things didn’t get worse. When the work was being done their crews went above and beyond and were very friendly. Dan and Ramonne did a total makeover on my home replacing my roof, gutters, garage door, all my siding, 12 windows, French doors, and got all my siding approved! Their siding crews went above and beyond replacing lights for me, and a ton of extra things. We would certainly use them again, and refer them to all our friends and family.

I am grateful for the work that Roof Bros did on my home. They even helped me navigate the insurance company, and now I have a beautiful new roof!
